The recommended preparation time is about 4
minutes. Stir twice just before the end of the time
and skim off the foam. Then press the plunger
down slowly and evenly. The coffee is now ready
to be served.
TIP
Vary the preparation time to find the best coffee
intensity for your personal taste.
FILTER COFFEE
for 4 cups
INGREDIENTS
32 g coffee beans, 500 ml water (approx. 95 °C)
PREPARATION
Place a paper filter in the filter holder and rinse
with boiling water. Then pour out the water. Grind
the coffee beans at a medium grinding degree
and fill them in the filter. Pour in hot, no longer
boiling water (95 °C) until the coffee grounds are
completely covered and begin to swell. Then slowly
pour the remaining water in circular movements.
The coffee should stop dripping after 3-4 minutes
and can then be served.
TIP
If the coffee drips too quickly or slowly, the grinding
degree must be adjusted.
