8 REMAINING RISKS AND SUGGESTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND FIRST AID MEASURES:
Should the user be accidentally hit with corrosive fluids and/or hot liquids, poison gas or anything that may cause serious injury or
death, provide first aid as required by current safety regulations and/or local regulations.
FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES:
Should a fire break out in the work area, with risk of serious injury or death, provide first aid measures as specified by current
regulations and/or local regulations.
9 PREPARING TO WORK IN MANUAL MODE (MAN)
Prepare the vehicle for operation (Read chapter "PREPARING THE VEHICLE");

Turn a quarter clockwise the main switch key to position "ON" ;

Adjust the speed, by the speed control (Table CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS);

For the advancement of the vehicle, gradually pull the steering handle (Table VEHICLE COMPONENTS). To stop the vehicle
simply release the same, and the vehicle will stop in a few moments. To advance backward, gradually push the steering
handle (Table VEHICLE COMPONENTS). The speed rate is determined by the pressure exerted on the the steering handle;
CUBO SANISPRAY
1.
Using the relative potentiometer on the console, adjust the percentage of chemical to be mixed with the water outlet.
WARNING
– Read carefully the leaflet relating to the chemical used to make the sanitization.

Fill the water tanks.
3.
Place the chemical product tank on board and make the connection with the relative suction hose.
4.
Switch the water on to start spraying. By switching on the chemical also, the nebulization of the chemical product will take
place automatically, with the dilution defined by the relative potentiometer on the console.
CUBO 180
1.
When the bins are full, the operator has to proceed to empty them (Table CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS) before
removing the hopper;

Slide back the hopper until it reaches the ground. Once removed from the vehicle it is possible to translate it using the wheels
fitted;
CUBO INFINITY
1 On Cubo Infinity the litter bins are replaced by inifinite bags to be cut to size according to the load of waste desidered. Once the
desired volume is achieved, simply cut the bag on the top, and proceed with the creation of a knot, so you can recreate the
bottom of a second bag.
2 During the emptying phase, it is important to:
wear gloves and mask possibly to protect the respiratory airways from the dust;
Unload the garbage on a suitable place;
Comply with environmental regulations and waste disposals;
3 Avoid the presence of people in proximity of the unloading area.
If a waste bag has been used for the collection, simply remove the bag and insert a new one;
To insert back the hopper on the vehicle is necessary:
pivoted downwards and simultaneously keep the lid locked;
take the wedges fixed to the vehicle frame with the lower part of the container;
straighten the hopper and push it to the end, even using feet to push, if necessary;
WARNING
–Before switching the vehicle on check all controls and safety devices to use it in the most appropriate
manner.
Starting and steer gently. Slow down before curves, the slipperies and uneven surfaces. Do not climb over objects,
avoid potholes along the way. Pay close attention to swerve on slopes.
WARNING
–If during the work there were any problems, leave the forward/backward advancement lever and use the
emergency button. Turn the ignition key to position "OFF". These commands will lock every part of the vehicle
movement. To resume work, once the problem has been solved, raise the emergency button and turn the key to
position "ON".
