MONTAGE DE LA PLATE-FORME ET
DES VERINS DE ROTATION
Pour effectuer le montage de la plateforme en aluminium,
utiliser l'axe fourni (18), qui doit être positionné au moyen
de l'outil (19, voir fig. 48), (ce dernier est fourni à la livrai-
son avec le gabarit).
Abaisser l'articulation et retirer les deux bouchons (20) de
la plate-forme. Aligner la plate-forme sur l'articulation et
actionner avec l'outil (19) l'axe (18), jusqu'à ce que l'atta-
che de l'articulation soit reliée à la plate-forme.
Sur l'axe (18) est présent un trou fileté, qui doit être placé
face au logement "o", servant à la vis présente dans la
zone de raccordement de la plate-forme.
Fixer et bloquer la vis (21) à l'aide de loctite.
Bloquer les bouchons (20).
ATTENTION
Au moment de l'installation des axes, faire attention à
l'alignement des logements sur les articulations, de
façon à ne pas endommager la couche de téflon auto-
lubrifiant des douilles.
Les vérins de rotation (5) doivent être raccordés aux loge-
ments dans la plate-forme par les goupilles prévues à cet
effet. Bloquer les goupilles par les fourches (a). Fixer les
fourches (a) en utilisant les vis (b).

INSTALLING THE PLATFORM AND
ROTATION CYLINDERS
For the aluminium platform assembly, use the supplied
bolt (18), which should be positioned by means of the tool
(19, see fig. 48) (delivered at the original supply together
with the template).
Lower the articulation and remove the two plugs (20) from
the platform. Align the platform with the articulation and
use the tool (19) on the bolt (18) until the articulation con-
nector is fixed to the platform.
The bolt (18) carries a threaded hole which must be posi-
tioned level with the seat "o" for the screw in the platform
connection area.
Tighten and lock the screw (21) with Loctite.
Fit the plugs (20).
CAUTION
When introducing the bolts, make sure that the seats
are aligned with the articulations so as not to damage
the self-lubricating teflon layer in the bushings.
The rotating cylinders (5) must be connected to the plat-
form housings by means of special pins that are also sup-
plied. Lock the pins with the staples (a). Fasten the sta-
ples (a) with the screws (b).

Para realizar el montaje de la plataforma en aluminio hay
que utilizar el perno suministrado (18) que debe posicio-
narse con la herramienta (19, véase fig. 48), entregada
con el primer suministro junto con el gálibo.
Bajar la articulación y quitar los dos tapones (20) de la
plataforma. Alinear la plataforma con la articulación e in-
tervenir con la herramienta (19) en el perno (18), hasta
que la fijación de la articulación esté conectada con la
plataforma.
En el perno (18) hay un agujero roscado que debe posi-
cionarse en correspondencia del alojamiento «o» para el
tornillo presente en la zona de fijación de la plataforma.
Fijar y bloquear el tornillo (21) con loctite.
Bloquear los tapones (20).
CUIDADO
Durante la introducción de los pernos, tener cuidado
con la alineación de los huecos con las articulacio-
nes, de manera que no se estropee la capa de teflón
autolubricante de los casquillos.
Los cilindros de rotación (5) deben conectarse en los alo-
jamientos de la plataforma con los pernos adecuados que
se han suministrado. Bloquear los pernos utilizando las
horquillas (a). Fijar las horquillas (a) utilizando los tornillos
(b).
