ANCRAGE DE LA POSITION DE
REPOS
Mettre en marche le hayon et le configurer au repos.
Poser sur la plateforme repliée la bride (1) en cherchant
la position optimale de sorte que:
-
L'ancrage (2) puisse être soudé à la structure du véhi-
cule;
-
Le goujon d'ancrage (2) pénètre dans la bride (1) lors-
que la plateforme rentre et qu'il bloque cette dernière
dans la position de fermeture;
-
Bride (1) et ancrage (2) doivent être visibles pour l'opé-
rateur pendant la sortie et l'escamotage du hayon.
-
La plateforme à un repliage doit être accrochée à la
moitié postérieure du bord dépliable supérieur (quand
la plateforme est repliée) ; la plateforme à deux replia-
ges doit être accrochée le plus près possible de l'arti-
culation avec les bras.
Dès que la position a été trouvée, ouvrir le hayon et fixer
la bride à la plateforme avec la tête des vis du côté de la
partie de piétinement de la plateforme;
Refermer le hayon et souder l'ancrage (2) à la structure
du véhicule.

ANCHORAGE IN REST POSITION
Start-up the tail-lift and put it in rest position.
Rest bracket (1) on folded platform, choosing the best
position so that:
-
Lock (2) may be welded to the structure of the vehicle
-
locking pin (2) penetrates in the bracket (1) during plat-
form retracting and locks the latter in the closed posi-
tion
-
The platform is locked as near a as possible toe the
articulations of the tail-lift arms
-
The operator must perfectly see the bracket (1) and
the anchorage (2) during the tail-lift sliding out and
back.
-
The rear one-folding platform must be hooked into the
rear half of the upper flap (with a folded platform). The
two-folding platform must be hooked as near as pos-
sible to the arm articulation.
Once the position has been found, open the tail-lift and fix
the bracket to the platform with the head of the screws on
the walking side of the platform itself.
Close the tail-lift and weld lock (2) to the structure of the
vehicle.

FIJACIÓN POSICIÓN DE REPOSO
Poner en marcha la compuerta y ponerla en reposo.
Apoyar a la plataforma abatida la abrazadera (1) buscan-
do la posición óptima de manera que:
-
La fijación (2) se pueda soldar a la estructura del vehí-
culo.
-
El perno de la fijación (2) penetre en la abrazadera (1)
durante el retorno de la plataforma y la bloquee en la
posición de cierre.
-
La abrazadera (1) y la fijación (2) las pueda ver per-
fectamente el operador durante la salida y el retorno
de la compuerta.
-
La plataforma con una parte abatible esté engancha-
da en la mitad posterior del borde superior (con la
plataforma abatida); la plataforma con dos partes
abatibles esté lo más enganchada que sea posible
cerca de la articulación con los brazos.
Una vez localizada la posición, abrir la compuerta y fijar
la abrazadera a la plataforma con la cabeza de los torni-
llos en la parte que se puede pisar de la plataforma mis-
ma.
Cerrar la compuerta y soldar la fijación (2) a la estructura
del vehículo.
