1.3 Intended use
• The device is only suitable for packaged, refrigerated food products.
• Do not operate the device above the climate class (ambient temperature and relative humidity) indicated
on the power rating plate (see → Chapter 2.2.1).
• The operator is responsible for the correct operation of the devices.
• No technical modifications may be made to the device.
• The device may only be operated if all the required safety devices are present and fully functional.
• Do not store explosive substances, e.g. aerosol containers with flammable propellant gas, in this device.
• No steam or high-pressure cleaners may be used for the basic cleaning (see → Chapter 10.1).
NOTICE
• Material damage due to improper use.
► Operate the device in the operating position and in a stable position.
► Operate the device only on the designated adjustable feet.
► Note the installation instructions in → Chapter 7.
► Regularly check that the device is in good condition. Damage must be repaired immediately.
• Property damage due to improper use.
► The ambient temperature must not be less than 16°C (60.8°F).
► Before storing the goods and during operation, the internal temperature must be checked for
correctness (see → Chapter 4.1.).
► Stored goods must be checked by the operator in the case of power failure (temperature control).
► Check regularly for foreign objects in the goods area. Incorrectly stored goods must be removed
immediately.
► Regularly check that the glass doors are closed.
• Material damage to broken glass doors/glass elements.
► Operation of a device with a broken glass door is no longer possible.
