CAUTION
Closing the glass doors. Hands (body
parts) can be pinched at the strip side or
the handle side.
► During closing, do not grip the
opening gap, especially on the strip side.
► When closing, pay attention to other
people.
NOTICE
• Property damage due to improper use.
► The device must only be loaded with goods
when the temperature specified for the product has
been reached.
► Insert the goods carefully.
► Do not block the intake grille with goods.
► Loading is only permitted up to the limit of the
air intake grille (see → Fig. 10).
► Do not load beyond the shelf boundary.
► Close the glass doors completely after loading.
► Do not block the night blind by loading with
goods. The night blind must be able to close
completely (see → Chapter 3.2).

NOTICE
Material damage caused by loss of stability and
solidity of the device. Deformation of the display
shelves.
► The display shelves and device back panel must
be fitted correctly.
► The device back panel and side display shelf
must be present.
► The bracket must be correctly inserted into the
device back panel.
► The display shelves must be inserted at the
same height.
► Maximum loads of each type of storage rack
(see → Chapter 2.2).

9.1.1 Loading of "ROLL-IN" devices

- Open the glass doors of the area to be loaded.
Never open and load several glass doors (areas)
at the same time.
- Move the loaded roller containers/pallets carefully
in a straight line and in the middle from the open
area to the shelf back panel.
NOTICE
• Material damage due to improper use.
► Bring the roller container/pallet truck to a
standstill before hitting the device.
►Carefully drive into the device with the roller
container/pallet truck..
► Observe the distance (at least 10 cm) between
the glass door and the roller containers/pallets.
- Close the glass doors again fully.

9.2 Decommissioning and
recommissioning
WARNING
Work on the electrical system.
Contact with live parts may cause
electric shock.
► Work on the electrical system may
only be performed by qualified staff.
► Observe the electrical safety rules
before starting work.
1. Disconnect the device.
2. Secure the device against
restarting.
Reasons for decommissioning by qualified staff
- Maintenance, service, repair (see → Chapter 10.2)
- Main cleaning (see → Chapter 10.1.3)
- Disposal (see → Chapter 11)
by operating staff
- Devices of type R-290 with > 150g refrigerant: In
the case of "Critical alarm of priority 1+" (observe
the specifications in Chapters → 1.6.2.1 and 9.3).
- Damage to the device (e.g. broken glass doors).

9.2.1 Decommissioning

For qualified staff, the implementation is described
in detail in the corresponding service instructions.
The decommissioning must only be performed by
trained operating staff.
WARNING
Decommissioning of the device.
Contact with live parts may
cause electric shock.
► Only previously trained staff
must turn off the device.
► Disconnect the device.
► Secure the device against
restarting.
Steps for decommissioning for operating staff:
1. Transfer the goods to another device with the
same product temperature class (except for
critical alarm of priority 1+).
Disconnect the device:
2. Disconnect the used protective circuit breaker
(electrical fuse; see → Chapter 7.2) of the
affected device and secure it against restarting.
3. If present, switch off the on/off switch (see →
Chapter 7.1) and secure it against restarting.
