3 - DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE

3.1 Description of operating cycle

Water is pumped from the mains by an electric pump and fills the boiler. The water coming from the wa-
ter network, by means of a pressure regulator, reaches the magnetic drive pumps and through pressure
relief valves set at 12 bar (1.2 MPa) it charges the exchangers. The boiler water, heated by a heating
element, in turn heats the water in the exchanger, from which, by means of an electrically controlled
valve, it allows it to pass through for infusion of the coffee.

3.3 Technical data

The ARCADIA BREWING PROFILE espresso coffee maker is built in 1 to 3 group versions.
The 2 group version is described in this booklet; however, the instructions for use and the layout of the
controls are the same for the other versions.
The A-weighted sound pressure level of the coffee machine is less than 70dB.
