1.3 Appliance positioning
In case of appliance installation against a wall, the wall must stand up to temperatures of

150°C and it must be fireproof. On the contrary the appliance should be positioned
respecting at least a distance of 10 cm from back wall and 20 cm from side wall.
This appliance type are not suitable to built in.

The various appliance may be installed separately or combined with other units in our
•
range.
The appliance of this handbook are A type cod. G0221, G0260, G0263 and B type cod.

G0222, G0261, G0264 so they should be installed as described below:
The first one should be installed and placed under a suction hood or an exhaust fan
to guarantee the combustion products and vapours disposal, that can be dangerous
for the health;
The second one with the anti-draught flue.
For G0222, G0261, G0264 model are available two type of
exhaust fume connection.
Connection to fume flue with natural draught.
To connect the appliance to a flue that expels the waste gas
into the outside atmosphere, see the illustration.
The fumes are conveyed to the outside atmosphere or to a flue
by means of a pipe that can withstand temperatures of up
300°C and which has a diameter that is great as that of the top
of the flue.
WARNING: Check that fume evacuation is not hindered by
obstruction and/or an excessively long evacuation pipe.
Installation underneath extraction hood
If the appliance is installed underneath an extraction hood,
comply with the following instructions:
The volume extracted must be grater than the volume of burnt
gas generated (see current regulations).
The gas supply to the appliance must be controlled directly by
the supply system and must be cut off immediately pressure
falls below the prescribed values.
It must be possible to reconnect the gas supply to the
appliance only manually.
The end of the appliance's evacuation pipe must be placed
inside the hood's base perimeter (see the illustration).
