After the pilot spy lighting, to turn the knob anticlockwise till Max. Position for high

power.
Turn the knob till bottom on Min. Position for the lower power.

To turn off the burner and the pilot spy: turn the knob in position "0" till it coincide with

the symbol in dashboard.
A safety device break off gas supply in case of accidental light off.
•
At the end of operations to close always the general interception gas cock.

2.3 Cooking plate

For Ignition: to push the knob, turn it anticlockwise on position On (Spy Position –
•
Symbol: Little Star) and press the piezoelectric button repeatedly till the pilot burner
lights on. Hold pressed the knob for 10 seconds to allow the safety device intervention
than release the knob; the spy must keep lighted on the contrary repeat this operation. In
order to check the right spy ignition, move lightly the round central plate, then replace it
in the right position before burner ignition.
