Every maintenance operation, every repairs or substitution, must be done from qualify
•
staff or assistance centre. Use only original spare parts.
Do not obstruct air vents or heat dissipation openings.
•
Before using the appliance for the first cooking, it's necessary to remove every packing
•
material and clean the plate carefully from the protective industrial oil, as follows:
a) Clean it from oil using a cloth with water and neutral detergent;
b) Remove detergent traces and dry with a cloth;
c) If you want to use the appliance, start up the plate and wait that it reaches the
temperature;
d) If the appliance is not use for some time, cover the surface of the plate with a fine
film of vegetal oil.

2.2 Top burners

In the following figure are represented burners employed in this appliance range:

To push the knob corresponding to the selected burner, turn it in anticlockwise on
•
position On (Spy Position–Symbol: Little Star), than light (with a match) the spy under
the burner in order to light up the pilot flame. Hold pressed the knob for 10 second to
allow the safety device intervention than release the knob; the spy must keep lighted on
the contrary repeat this operation.
