Turn the knob till bottom on Min. Position for the lower power.

To turn off the burner and the pilot spy: turn the knob in position "0" till it coincide with
•
the symbol in dashboard.
A safety device break off gas supply in case of accidental flame light off.
•
At the end of operations close always the general interception gas cock.
•

2.4 Thermostatic oven

To light the pilot oven spy: to push and turn the thermostat cock till it coincide with the
•
pilot spy symbol, set on the piezoelectric ignition checking that the pilot flame is light,
through the control disc placed on oven bottom.
To hold pressed the thermostat cock knob to allow the safety device (security
•
thermocouple) intervention than release it.
The pilot burner can be light manually through the control disc on oven bottom.
•
At pilot oven spy lighting, to turn the thermostat cock on chosen position.
•
To different position correspond oven temperature as follow:
•
1 → 90/105°C;
5 → 235/245°C;
To reach quickly the selected temperature, place the thermostat cock on pos. 7 and wait
•
10/20 min. (Time for a first heating) according to work temperature to reach, than place
the thermostat on selected temperature.
Turning the thermostat cock on pilot spy symbol, the pilot flame keeps light. Turning the
•
thermostat on position "0" the appliance turns off.
The oven door must be always closed during functioning, on the contrary high
•
temperature damage irreparably the command on dashboard.

2 → 125/140°C; 3 → 165/175°C; 4 → 200/210°C;
6 → 265/275°C; 7 → 295/305°C
