糸切り後､ 針穴下に残る糸の長さは、縫い始めの
日飛びに大きく影響します。
止めねじ 1 をゆるめ､ 針糸操り出し装置のワイ
ヤーリンク 2 を左に動かすと､ 繰り出しピン 3
で糸取り量を大きくするので､ 糸切り後の針穴下
に残る糸の長さは長くなり､ 右に動かすと短くな
ります｡
テトロン糸､ ナイロン糸など伸びの大きい糸の時
は､ 糸残り長さを長くします｡
The length of the thread remaining on the needle after
thread trimming signifi cantly affects the occurrence of
stitch skipping at the beginning of sewing.
Loosen setscrew 1 and move wire drawing link 2
of the needle thread draw-out solenoid to the left to
increase the thread take-up amount of draw-out pin 3 .
This increases the length of thread remaining at the
bottom of the needle eyelet. On the contrary, moving
the link to the right decreases it.
Reduce the length of thread remaining on the needle
after thread trimming when using elastic thread such as
Tetoron thread and nylon thread.
La longitud del hilo remanente en la aguja tras el corte
del hilo tiene gran infl uencia en que sucedan o no saltos
de puntada al inicio del cosido.
Afl oje el tornillo de fi jación 1 y mueva el eslabón de
extracción 2 de alambre del solenoide extractor del
hilo de la aguja hacia la izquierda para aumentar la
cantidad de toma de hilo por el pasador extractor 3 .
Esto aumenta la longitud remanente del hilo en la parte
inferior del ojo de la aguja. Por el contrario, cuando se
mueve el eslabón hacia la derecha, disminuye dicha
cantidad.
Cuando utilice un hilo elástico, tales como hilo de
Tetoron e hilo de nylon, reduzca la longitud del hilo
remanente en la aguja tras el corte del hilo.
