Loosen setscrew 4 . Adjust the position of looper
thread cam 1 so that wire 3 is visible through guide
hole B when third marker line A (third from the top)
of the needle bar 2 aligns with the bottom end face of
the needle bar lower bushing.
After the adjustment, verify the following.
1. When the looper thread moves off tip C of the
looper thread cam, the needle tip fully enters the
looper thread triangle.
2. In the case puckering is particularly concerned, the
bottom face of the wire aligns with the bottom end
of guide hole B slightly earlier than the normal
timing.

Afl oje el tornillo de fi jación 4 . Ajuste la posición de la
leva 1 del hilo del enlazador de modo que el alambre
3 sea visible a través del agujero guía B cuando la
tercera línea demarcadora A (tercera desde el tope)
de la barra de agujas 2 se alinee con la superfi cie de
extremo inferior del buje inferior de la barra de agujas.
Tras el ajuste, verifi que lo siguiente.
1. Cuando el hilo del enlazador se mueve de la punta
C de la leva del hilo del enlazador, la punta de la
aguja entra completamente en el triángulo del hilo
del enlazador.
2. En caso de que se desee evitar el fruncido, la su-
perfi cie inferior del alambre debe alinearse con el
extremo inferior del agujero guía B ligeramente
antes que la sincronización normal.
