針を下降させ､ 上図のような位置に合せます。
1 左右方向は針棒の第 3 マークが針棒下メタル下端から現れてくる時、針の中心線と糸さばきの内
側の線とのスキマが 0.5mm とし､
2 前後寸法は針棒上死点の時、糸さばきとルーパーの背が一致するようにねじ 1 で調節します｡
3 高さは針棒上死点の時、糸さばき下面とルーバー上面のスキマが 0.05mm になるようにねじ 2 で
調節します。
Lower the needle. Position the thread spreader as illustrated above.
1 For the lateral direction, adjust the position of the thread spreader so that a clearance of 0.5 mm is provided be-
tween the center line of the needle and the inner side line when the third marker line on the needle bar appears
from the bottom end of the needle bar lower bushing.
2 For the longitudinal direction, adjust the position of the thread spreader using screw 1 so that the thread
spreader aligns with the read surface of the looper.
3 Adjust the height of the thread spreader using screw 2 so that a clearance of 0.05 mm is provided between the
bottom face of the thread spreader and the top face of the looper when the needle bar is in its upper dead point.
Haga que descienda la aguja. Posicione la estiradora del hilo tal como se ilustra a continuación.
1 Para la dirección lateral, ajuste la posición de la estiradora del hilo de modo que exista una separación de 0,5
mm entre la línea central de la aguja y la línea lateral interior cuando la tercera línea demarcadora de la barra
de agujas aparezca desde el extremo inferior del buje inferior de la barra de agujas.
2 Para la dirección longitudinal, ajuste la posición de la estiradora del hilo mediante el tornillo 1 , de modo que
la estiradora del hilo se alinee con la superfi cie trasera del enlazador.
3 Ajuste la altura de la estiradora del hilo mediante el tornillo 2 , de modo que exista una separación de 0,05
mm entre la superfi cie inferior de la estiradora del hilo y la superfi cie superior del enlazador cuando la barra de
agujas se encuentre en su punto muerto superior.
