Cuando afi le la contra cuchilla, rectifíquela con la parte A de modo que obtenga un acabado con el tamano de 0,5
±0,05 mm.

Adjustment of the clamping pressure
The looper thread clamping pressure applied by the
thread clamping spring is always constant regardless
of the type of sewing threads, which you need not to
change. If the looper thread is not clamped correctly,
you must replace the moving knife assembly. When a
cotton thread No.60 is clamped and is pulled away as
shown in the illustration, the correct tension is between
70 and 100g. The top end of the spring and the bottom
surface of the moving knife must evenly engage with
each other. Do not change the thread clamping pressure
since it has been properly factory-adjusted at the time
of delivery.

とぎ直しをした時は、図の寸法 0.5 0.05mm に
なるように A 部で矯正して下さい。
Dimensions of the counter knife
When sharpening the counter knife, correct it with the
part A so as to fi nish it in the size of 0.5±0.05 mm.
クランプ圧の調整
下糸クランプばねのクランプ圧は、使用糸の種類
にかかわらず一定です｡ 従って使用糸によって変
更する必要はありません｡
下糸クランプ不良が発生する場合には、動メス台
のセットごと交換して下さい｡
クランプ圧は綿糸 #60 をクランプして左図のよ
うに引き出した場合､ 糸の引き出しテンションは
70 〜 100g です｡
バネ先端と動メス下面との当りは、均一でなけれ
ばなりません｡ 出荷の際調整してありますので、
いじらないで下さい｡
Ajuste de la presión de sujeción
La presión de sujeción del hilo del enlazador aplicada por
el muelle sujetador de hilo siempre es constante sin que
importe el tipo de hilos de coser, que usted no necesita
cambiar. Si el hilo del enlazador no se sujeta correctamente,
usted debe reemplazar el conjunto de la cuchilla móvil.
Cuando se sujete un hilo de algodón N
como se muestra en la ilustración, la tensión correcta
es entre 70 y 100g. El extremo superior del muelle y la
superfi cie inferior de la cuchilla móvil se deben en-
ganchar uniformemente entre sí.
No cambie la presión de sujeción del hilo dado que ha sido
ajustado en la fábrica debidamente al tiempo de la entrega.
