OPERATING METHOD
(Single-Compartment Units)
The operations indicated in this manual should be carried out by
a mechanic in the exact sequence in which they are presented in
the manual.
In order to speed up the installation, two mechanics can work together.
In this case, the installation can be completed within 8 hours (one
working day). In order for this objective to be achieved, both
mechanics must have their own separate tool kits.
The diagram below shows the way in which the different tasks
are divided between the two mechanics.
Each one works on different parts of the truck at all times, and on
unrelated tasks, which avoids interference between them.
•
Mechanic A should install the condenser and evaporator. He/she
should not modify the vehicle engine in any way and once the
work is completed, the unit should be ready to be connected
to the over-the-road compressor.
•
Mechanic B should mount the drive kit, install the electrical
system, check the installation and charge the refrigeration
circuit. He/she should not enter the cargo box during the entire
installation, and may carry out two installations during the
working day.
VORGEHENSWEISE

Die im Handbuch beschriebenen Vorgehensweisen sollten von
einem Mechaniker in genau der Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden,
die im Handbuch vorgegeben wird.
Um den Einbau zu beschleunigen, können zwei Mechaniker
zusammenarbeiten. In diesem Fall kann der Einbau in weniger als
8 Stunden (ein Arbeitstag) abgeschlossen werden. Dazu sollte jede/r
Mechaniker/in über sein/ihr eigenes Werkzeugkit verfügen.
Das Diagramm unten zeigt die empfohlene Aufteilung der
einzelnen Aufgaben zwischen den beiden Mechanikern.
Jeder sollte stets an verschiedenen Teilen des LKWs und an von-
einander unabhängigen Aufgaben arbeiten, um eine gegenseitige
Behinderung zu vermeiden.
•
Mechaniker A installiert den Kondensator und Verdampfer. Er/
Sie sollte mit dem Fahrzeugmotor nicht in Berührung kommen.
Sobald dieser Arbeitsvorgang beendet ist, kann das Gerät an den
Hauptkompressor angeschlossen werden.
•
Mechaniker B baut das Antriebskit ein, installiert das elektrische
System, überprüft den Einbau und befüllt den Kältekreislauf.
Während des Einbaus sollte er/sie niemals den Laderaum
betreten; er/sie kann zwei Installationen pro Arbeitstag
durchführen.

Las operaciones indicadas en este manual debería realizarlas un
mecánico siguiendo la secuencia exacta en la que se presentan en
el manual.
Para acelerar la instalación, dos mecánicos pueden trabajar juntos. En
este caso, la instalación puede completarse en menos de 8 horas reales
(una jornada laboral). Para conseguir este objetivo, cada mecánico debe
disponer de su propio conjunto de herramientas.
El diagrama siguiente muestra la manera de dividir las diferentes
tareas entre los dos mecánicos.
Los dos trabajan en todo momento en partes diferentes del vehículo y
en tareas bien separadas, de modo que se evite cualquier interferencia
entre ellos.
•
El mecánico A instalará la condensadora y el evaporador. Él/ella
no manipulará el motor del vehículo y, cuando acabe su trabajo,
la unidad estará lista para ser conectada al compresor de ruta.
•
El mecánico B montará el drive kit, hará la instalación eléctrica,
comprobará la instalación y cargará el circuito de refrigeración.
Él/ella no entrará en el compartimento de carga durante toda la
instalación y puede repartir su jornada laboral entre dos
instalaciones.

Les manipulations indiquées dans ce manuel doivent être
effectuées par un mécanicien dans l'ordre exact dans lequel elles
sont présentées dans le manuel.
Afin d'accélérer l'installation, deux mécaniciens peuvent travailler
ensemble. Dans ce cas, l'installation peut être effectuée en moins de
8 heures (une journée de travail). Afin d'atteindre cet objectif, chaque
mécanicien doit avoir son propre kit d'outils.
Le diagramme ci-dessous montre le partage des tâches entre
les deux mécaniciens.
Ils doivent toujours travailler sur un point différent du véhicule,
et à des tâches sans liens entre elles, ce qui évite toute interférence.
•
Le mécanicien A met en place le condenseur et l'évaporateur.
Il/elle ne doit pas toucher le moteur du véhicule, et une fois que
le travail est achevé, le groupe est prêt à être connecté au
compresseur à fonctionnement sur route.
•
Le mécanicien B met en place le kit d'entraînement, installe le
système électrique, vérifie l'installation et charge le circuit de
réfrigération. Il/elle n'entre à aucun moment dans le
compartiment de chargement durant l'installation. Il/elle peut
effectuer deux installations en une seule journée de travail.

Le operazioni indicate in questo manuale devono essere eseguite
da un meccanico nell'esatta sequenza in cui vengono presentate.
Al fine di accelerare i tempi di installazione, due meccanici possono
lavorare contemporaneamente. In questo caso, l'installazione può
essere completata in meno di otto ore (un giorno lavorativo). Per
raggiungere quest'obiettivo, è necessario che ogni meccanico possegga
i propri strumenti.
Il grafico seguente indica il modo in cui i due meccanici possono
dividersi i compiti.
È consigliabile che ognuno lavori sempre su parti diverse del veicolo,
svolgendo operazioni non collegate, per evitare interferenze.
•
Il meccanico A installa il condensatore e l'evaporatore. Il motore
del veicolo non deve essere modificato in alcun modo; quando il
lavoro è terminato, l'unità è pronta per essere collegata al
compressore principale.
•
Il meccanico B installa il kit del drive e il sistema elettrico,
controlla l'installazione e carica il circuito di refrigerazione.
Il meccanico non deve entrare nella cella di carico durante
l'installazione; nel corso della stessa giornata lavorativa potrà
eseguire fino a due installazioni.
