CONNECTING HOSES TO THE
ES800 EVAPORATOR
1.
Take the PVC plugs off all the tubes.
2.
Lubricate all refrigeration intakes with Thermo King
refrigerant oil.
3.
Put an O-ring on each refrigeration intake.
4.
Connect each hose using two fixed wrenches.
The O-ring must be properly positioned before
the fitting is screwed on.
5.
Wrap the suction and defrost hoses (units 10/20) with
thermal insulation material (armaflex type) to prevent
exchange of external heat.
ANSCHLUSS DER SCHLÄUCHE
AN DEN ES800-VERDAMPFER
1.
Entfernen Sie die PVC-Stopfen von den Rohren.
2.
Schmieren Sie alle Einlässe des Kältesystems mit
Thermo-King-Kältemittelöl ein.
3.
Bringen Sie einen O-Ring an jedem Kältesystemeinlass
an.
4.
Schließen Sie alle Schläuche mit Hilfe zweier Maul-
schlüssel an. Der O-Ring muss richtig befestigt sein,
bevor das Verbindungsstück aufgeschraubt wird.
5.
Umwickeln Sie die Saugdruck- und Defrostschläuche
(10/20-Gerät) mit Wärmeisoliermaterial (Typ Armaflex),
um den Austausch von externer Wärme zu verhindern.

1.
Quitar los tapones de PVC de las tuberías.
2.
Lubricar todas las tomas frigoríficas con aceite de
refrigeración de Thermo King.
3.
Colocar una junta tórica en cada toma frigorífica.
4.
Conectar cada manguera usando dos llaves fijas.
La junta tórica debe estar bien colocada antes
de enroscar la espiga.
5.
Forrar las mangueras de aspiración y descarche (unidades
10/20) con un aislante térmico (tipo armaflex) para evitar
el intercambio de calor con el exterior.
T = 22 min.
CONNEXION DES FLEXIBLES À

1.
Enlever les bouchons de PVC de tous les tubes.
2.
Lubrifier toutes les admissions de réfrigération avec
de l'huile de réfrigération Thermo King.
3.
Placer un joint torique sur chaque entrée de réfrigération.
4.
Brancher chaque flexible en utilisant deux clés de
maintien. Le joint torique doit être correctement
installé avant que le raccord ne soit vissé dessus.
5.
Envelopper les flexibles d'aspiration et de dégivrage
(groupes 10/20) avec un matériau isolant thermique
(type Armaflex) pour éviter tout échange thermique
avec l'extérieur.

1.
Rimuovere i tappi di PVC da tutte le tubazioni.
2.
Lubrificare le prese d'aria di refrigerazione con olio
refrigerante Thermo King.
3.
Posizionare un O-ring su ogni presa d'aria di
refrigerazione.
4.
Connettere tutte le tubazioni utilizzando due chiavi fisse
doppie. L'O-ring deve essere installato correttamente
prima che il raccordo sia avvitato.
5.
Rivestire le manichette con materiale per isolamento
termico (tipo armaflex) al fine di prevenire la
condensazione dell'acqua.
