CONNECTING HOSES TO
THE CONDENSER UNIT (Single-
Compartment Units)
1.
Take the plugs off all the tubes.
2.
Lubricate all refrigeration intakes with Thermo King
refrigerant oil.
3.
Put an O-ring, in its seat, onto all the refrigeration intakes.
4.
Check that the O-ring is properly positioned and connect
each hose using a fixed wrench. The unconnected ends
of the hoses must remain sealed.
5.
Seal hermetically all the hose and lockscrew holes.

1.
Entfernen Sie die Stopfen von allen Leitungen.
2.
Schmieren Sie alle Einlässe des Kältesystems mit
Thermo-King-Kältemittelöl ein.
3.
Bringen Sie einen O-Ring in seiner Auflagefläche an allen
Einlässen des Kältesystems an.
4.
Überprüfen Sie, dass der O-Ring an der richtigen Stelle
sitzt und schließen Sie jeden Schlauch mit Hilfe eines
Maulschlüssels an. Die unverbundenen Schlauchenden
müssen abgedichtet sein.
5.
Dichten Sie alle Schläuche und alle
Halteschraubenbohrungen hermetisch ab.

1.
Quitar los tapones de todas las tuberías.
2.
Lubricar todas las tomas frigoríficas con aceite de
refrigeración de Thermo King.
3.
Colocar una junta tórica en su asiento, en todas las
tomas frigoríficas.
4.
Comprobar que la junta tórica está bien colocada y
conectar cada manguera usando una llave fija. El extremo
no conectado de las mangueras debe quedar sellado.
5.
Sellar herméticamente todos los agujeros de paso de las
mangueras y tornillos de fijación.
T = 20 min.
CONNEXION DES FLEXIBLES
AU GROUPE CONDENSEUR

1.
Enlever les bouchons de tous les tubes.
2.
Lubrifier toutes les admissions de réfrigération
avec de l'huile de réfrigération Thermo King.
3.
Placer un joint torique, dans son siège, sur toutes
les admissions de réfrigération.
4.
Vérifier que le joint torique est bien positionné et brancher
chaque flexible en utilisant une clé de maintien. Les
extrémités non branchées des flexibles doivent rester
scellées.
5.
Sceller hermétiquement tous les trous des flexibles
et des vis de retenue.

1.
Rimuovere i tappi da tutte le tubazioni.
2.
Lubrificare le prese d'aria di refrigerazione con olio
refrigerante Thermo King.
3.
Posizionare un O-ring in tutte le prese d'aria
di refrigerazione.
4.
Controllare che l'O-ring sia posizionato correttamente
e connettere ogni manichetta utilizzando una chiave fissa
doppia. Le terminazioni scollegate delle manichette
devono rimanere sigillate.
5.
Sigillare ermeticamente tutte le manichette e i fori delle
viti di bloccaggio.
