Temperature Warning Limits
The XRpad2 HWC-M detector provides two temperature limit alerts. The Digital Radiography
Software (as configured by the system integrator) displays a temperature symbol in the detector
display informing the user of the temperature.
When the near thermal limit occurs (typically 40°C), immediately finish the exam and then
power down the detector to reduce the thermal load.
When the maximum thermal limit occurs (typically at 43°C), the detector will power off
automatically, as soon as the ongoing exam has been completed.
