Troubleshooting
PROBLEMS
The oven doesn't work
The oven doesn't reach
the programmed
temperature in the
cooking chamber
Excessive temperature
in the wiring layout /
Rupture of the
components
No uniform cooking
The above mentioned trouble cases are just examples for guidance. Should these or similar troubles
occur, please switch off the device and stop use immediately. Contact qualified technicians or the
manufacturer for inspection and repair.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
1) Safety thermostat is
activated
2) Faulty "end of cooking"
programmer
1) Defective heating element
2) Defective radial
motor-ventilator
3) Defective regulating
thermostat
1) Incorrect function/rupture
of the tangential moto-
ventilator
2) Incorrect installation of
the oven
3) Excessive heating
sources close to the oven
1) Defective regulating
thermostat
2) Defective door gasket
3) Defective radial moto-
ventialtor
SOLUTIONS
1) Check the function of the regulating (it
could be defective)
2) Replace the "end of cooking" programmer
1) Replace the heating element
2) Replace the radial moto-ventilator
3) Replace the regulating thermostat
1) Replace the tangential moto-ventilator
2) Position the oven at a distance of not less
than 10 cm from the side and rear walls
3) Do not position the oven near excessive
heating sources
1) Replace the regulating thermostat
2) Replace the door gasket
3) Replace the radial moto-ventilator
