Preparation for operation
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof
and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons of impaired mental, sensory and
intellectual functions.
Use the device in an open space, away from flammable substances. Do not use in closed rooms -
risk of poisoning by exhaust fumes from the engine.
Installation of the unit
After unpacking the unit, complete the following steps:
• Install the net in the hopper, and then put it on the machine housing.
• screw on the chute.
• fasten the wheels of the machine with bolts and washers.

Working with the device
ATTENTION! Before the first use or after replacing the matrix, always verify that the direction of rotation of
the matrix is in line with the arrow (sticker on the housing).
1) Preparing the granules:

LATICOL M 5053 C - ADHESIVE FOR PELLETS 20KG
Description: food grade modified wheat starch

Color: white to slightly creamy

Application:
The product is an excellent adhesive that has been used in the production of various types of
products, including charcoal and hard coal briquettes, sawdust, straw and fleet pellets.
Recommended for the production of feed for all animals. The use of a binder is only about mixing
with the raw material, and slightly moistening the mixture (in the case of dry products). The mass
obtained in this way is fed to the briquette press. After shaping the briquette from coal dust, it must
undergo a drying process.
