NOTE: The data contained in this information sheet are based on our laboratory research and
technical experience. It provides a general indication of properties, usage and application. For the
proper use of the product, it is necessary for the user to carry out technological tests, taking into
account the specificity of a given technological process.
2) Before starting the machine, it is necessary to:
•
check that all bolts and screws are tightened.
lubricate the bearings according to the instructions in point 3.4.
•
set the pressure of the rollers in accordance with the instructions in point 3.4.
•
when using a new matrix for the first time, it should be sanded in accordance with the
•
instructions in point 3.4
3) Start the engine of the machine.
4) Place the granulate container under the chute.
5) Pour a small amount of the mixture to be granulated into the hopper. Throwing in too much
at once may cause the matrix to clog.
CAUTION:
if the raw material is too dry, it will not be pressed properly,
•
•
if the raw material is too moist, the pellets will be of poor quality.
•
the maximum length of the raw material should be approx. 5mm, longer material may clog the
machine and reduce its performance. Too big pieces of raw material should be broken/cut into
smaller particles.
6) After a short time, the pellets will fall into the container under the chute. They will achieve
their final hardness and consistency only after cooling. The moisture content of the finished
pellets should be between 12 and 15%.
7) Proceed in the same way until the mixture is completely processed.
8) When finished working, turn off the device.
ATTENTION: Do not leave the machine unattended until it has completely cooled down!
NOTE: Do not stop the machine while pressing the pellets, otherwise the machine will become
clogged.
9) Clean the device so that no pellet residues remain on the rollers and in the matrix.
