Fitting a Monolink® saddle onto the AEROPOST (needs optional Monolink®
kit)
1- Place the Monolink® saddle on the AEROPOST head.
2- Close up the two top clamps and screw in the previously greased screw without clamping
them.
3- Then close up the two bottom clamps and screw in the previously greased screw without
clamping them.
4- Complete your saddle adjustment. Lock the saddle angle with the bottom screw and the
layback with the top screw. Tighten both screws to the 8Nm indicated torque.

Removing the saddle

To remove your saddle or adjust its position: unscrew the bottom clamp screw by a few turns.
Apply gentle force alternately to the front and back of the saddle to detach the seatpost clamps.
If these do not detach after hard clamping use a small mallet and tap the screw head gently
while still in by several threads to push back the opposite clamp block.

Clamping

Before installing the seatpost on the frame, place the elastomer cover around the seat tube.
1- Check that the clamp block is in the top position to ease installation. To do this, insert a 3
mm Allen key through the hole at the rear of the frame, and unscrew the clamp screw hidden
inside as much as possible.
2- Push the seat post onto the frame until it stops.
3- Insert a 3 mm Allen key into the orifice containing the clamp screw and screw up with a
