WARNING
We suggest registering your bike on our website. If you don't, we will not be able to contact
you to provide important information in case of a product recall or an eventual update. Our
frames and forks are warranted for FIVE years from the date of purchase against all material
and manufacturing defects. All the other components are warranted for ONE year.
LOOK, through its authorized distributors in the country of product purchase, guarantees to
the first owner or user the product against all material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty concerns frames against all material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty is applicable only if the frame is assembled according to the instructions below.
The warranty if not applicable to damage as a result of improper maintenance or improper
use.
Moreover, the warranty is null and void if:
-The frame or fork are modified technically or structurally. Especially do not remove the safety
tabs on the fork dropouts.
-It is repaired, repainted by anyone exept LOOK.
-It has been repaired and/or used with replacement unauthorized parts.
-The serial number has been removed, erased, altered or rendered illegible.
This warranty is not applicable to product « Special Service Course » and/or purchased from
Professional Teams, Amateurs, Athletes or Clubs, Rentals even though the product is new.
The warranty does NOT cover the following:
-Damage caused by negligence or insufficient maintenance
-Accidents
-Accessory and indirect damage
The expenses for assembly, disassembly, service charges, packaging and expedition of the
frame are not covered.
