Three boxes are located above the calendar, where the desired day, month and/or year can be
selected for rapid selection of the date searched. After setting the date, confirm the selection by
pressing the "Enter" key
This window behaves like message windows, where the active function keys are in the window,
whereas the function bar keys are disabled.
The following keys are active in this window:
- F2
goes back to the previous window
- F4
resets the overall job count to zero.
Notes
When resetting the overall job count to zero, only the overall count is reset to zero, while the
number of jobs saved every day is not altered.
SAVE DATA (BACKUP) AND RESET DATA (RESTORE)
For the versions that support it, the "Save data" (Backup) and "Reset data" (Restore) function is
available.
The program can "Save data" in any valid disc (Hard Disk, USB support, etc.)
The Program manages data saving and keeps available the last five saves on the local disc
drive (Disc C, Disc D, etc. corresponding to the permanent disc drives - Hard Disk- installed on
the PC). Regarding the removable discs, (USB support, etc.), no check is carried out.
During the different situations described in the following sections, some messages reported
below may be displayed to simplify the description of the each operation:

The "Save Data" procedure can be performed in manual or automatic mode.
PROCEDURE
Operation carried out successfully (Settings saving, "Save data"
execution, "Reset data" execution).
Operation carried out unsuccessfully (Settings saving, "Save
data" execution, "Reset data" execution). Try carrying out the
operation again.
During the "Save data" procedure, the space available, in the
destination path selected, is less than what is requested. The
procedure is not performed. Select another path with enough
space and repeat the procedure.
During the "Save data" procedure, if you try to perform the
"Save data" procedure in a path not found (wrong) or removed
(E.g. USB support).
Check by performing the procedure described in the
- "Save Data" procedure setting up section - the path set for the
"Save data" procedure and, if required, select a valid path.
In presence of an unpredicted status. Indicate the exact
procedure performed, which has caused the error, to the
technical support service.
