Flow of the impression material is too slow
• Ensure that the impression materials are at room temperature (min.
18 °C/64 °F).
• Foil bags: Foil bags have been inserted incorrectly.
Impression material is dispensed, mixing component doesn't
rotate
• Check whether the mixing shaft engages properly with the mixing tip.
• Attach a new mixing tip if the hexagonal opening is damaged.
Damage to the foil bags
• Check plunger discs. Replace damaged plunger discs, tighten plunger
discs if loose.

• Remove cured material from the cartridge.
• Check whether a new mixing tip is in place.
• Then switch the device off at the main switch for at least 5 seconds.

Description du produit

Le nouveau MixStar eMotion est un dispositif mélangeur entièrement
automatique destiné à mélanger les matériaux d'empreinte. Ce dispositif
peut être utilisé à 3 niveaux de vitesse différents, ce qui assure un confort
individuel optimal. Chaque niveau de vitesse est surveillé et régulé élec-
troniquement en permanence, permettant une vitesse constante même
lorsque l'on travaille avec des consistances visqueuses.
Afin de faciliter les flux de travail au cabinet dentaire, deux minuteries,
l'une pour le temps de travail, l'autre pour le temps de prise dans la cavi-
té buccale, peuvent être enregistrées, en option, dans les programmes.
Ces deux temps sont mentionnés sur les cartouches MixStar Cartridge
pré-remplies, pour une coordination facile.
L'utilisation est simple. Le processus de mélange peut en effet être dé-
clenché par un bref appui sur un bouton et le porte-empreinte peut être
guidé des deux mains. Une pédale, proposée en option, peut être raccor-
dée au dispositif pour une utilisation en mains libres.
Une interface USB intégrée peut être utilisée pour simplifier la mise à
jour du logiciel.
