Program sequence

The recommended filling weight for initial
start-up is 6.5 kg.
The subsequent program sequence is descri-
bed using the following example values:

Empty weight of internal refrigerant cylin-
der: -800 g.

Recommended filling weight: 6500 g.

Filling weight of internal refrigerant cylinder
after initial filling: approx. 6100 g = -800 g
+ 6500g + 400 g (residual quantity in hose
lines).

If refrigerant escapes, there is a risk of frost-
bite to the hands and body.

Wear protective goggles.

Wear protective gloves.
1. Connect adapter with sealing ring to con-
nection on external refrigerant cylinder.
For connecting fittings with two shutoff
valves: Connect adapter to connection L
(liquid).
2.
Connect the red quick release coupling
(Fig. 1; 8) on the ACS 500 to the connec-
ting adapter on the external refrigerant
cylinder.
3.
Open the shutoff valve on the red quick
release coupling (turn clockwise).
4.
Open shutoff valve on external refrigerant
cylinder.

The current internal pressure of the
external refrigerant cylinder is displa-
yed on the high pressure manome-
ter (HP).
5. Open the high pressure valve (HP) on the
ACS 500.
6. Press the V key.

The maximum weight for filling is dis-
played.
7. Enter the recommended filling weight
(6500 g).
8. Press the V key.

Filling of the internal refrigerant cy-
linder begins. Follow the instructions
in the program.

After initial filling, the "Resources" option
in the main menu shows the current weight
of the internal refrigerant cylinder.
