WARRANTY
All the parts composing the equipment, excluded the electric parts, have a warranty for 12 months, provided that the defects are due
to the construction. The shipment of the parts will take place in carriage forward. The parts replaced under warranty will be anyway
invoiced; on receipt of the parts (resent in carriage paid), for which you have required the replacement, a credit note will be issued.
The warranty does not include the replacement of the equipment. The warranty does not include the labour costs for the replace-
ment of the spare parts and any other ancillary expenses.
SHIPMENTS
The goods travel at risk and danger of the Client. Any complaints about the defective condition of the material will have to be hi-
ghlighted to the carrier on acceptance of the goods. Please, consider well what concerns the responsibility of the carrier and the
non-derogation of the highlighting of eventual damages on acceptance of the goods. We underline that our Company is not liable
for damages not highlighted to the carrier on collecting the goods, even if the goods have been shipped in carriage paid with debit
on invoice.
COMPETENT COURT
For any dispute, the place of jurisdiction of the constructor seat is competent.
