3.1. TRANSPORT AND HANDLING

The transport of the machine can take place by container or hauliers. In both cases, the same packing is foreseen (see Table 2.7.).
The packing containing the machine must be transported indoor against the weather agents and it is absolutely forbidden to position
on top of it other cases or various materials. The box will have to be handled with the utmost care. The handling and the transport
must take place from below through a fork lift or pallet truck, being sure that the additional elements of the lifting mean are placed
as in the Fig. 3.3.1.
During the handling, consider the load at the minimum height from the ground; this is for better load stability.
The lifting and handling operations must be carried out by specialized personnel authorized to the use of the suitable equipment.
The manufacturer company declines any responsibility for eventual damages to people or things caused by the non-
observance of the safety rules in force relative to the lifting and movement of materials inside and outside the plant.

3.2. CONTROLS ON RECEIPT

It is important to carry out a good control on arrival of the items, upon their receipt, and precisely:
N° of the case;
Weight and dimensions;

State and integrity of the packing;
That the packing has not suffered visible damages during transport operations.
If all is intact, remove the packing as specified in the following paragraph. The communication of eventual damages or
anomalies and non-conformity must be duly forwarded and anyway it must be received within 8 days from the date of
receipt of the machine. Otherwise the goods are meant accepted.
