2.1. MANUFACTURER IDENTIFICATION DATA

The machine is equipped with identification plate (Fig. 2.2.) with the following data:

2.3. TESTS CARRIED OUT BEFORE THE DELIVERY

Before the delivery, at the manufacturer's seat, the machine undergoes safety tests established by the rule in force and working tests.
Besides, all the installed components undergo careful visual and instrumental controls..

2.4. USE AND CONSTRUCTIVE PARTS

In its basic configuration, the electric equipment is equipped with a series of functional groups, including:
• baking chamber in aluminised steel, a surface in refractory material in the lower part, open in the front part, to allow putting and
taking out the food product; the upper part (roof) and lower part (floor) of the baking chamber contain the resistances, electri-
cally fed and driven by thermostats; the resistances are accessible from the front part (oven door) for the replacement; inside
the oven chamber there is an oven lamp with halogen lamp;
• baking chamber insulated through insulating panels "Isover Ecoblanc", density 40/40, with double Glass Tissue, including profi-
les, segregation sheets of the baking chamber on all its sides, with the exception of the front part; the lateral, upper and lower
sheets in electrically painted steel, in the lateral control panel there is a series of slots to allow the heat dissipation;
• oven door, carried out through a suitable steel structure; inside there is a tempered glass for the vision of pizza baking; the oven
door is hinged in the lower part and is opened manually by grasping the suitable handle;
• electric equipment, placed in the right lateral part of the steel structure; the electric equipment includes the electric components
for functioning drive and control;
• control panel, placed in the right front part of the electric equipment, drives the maintaining and the automatic control of the
temperatures (roof and floor).
All the machine parts, destined to come into contact with the food products, are in stainless steel or suitable material.
The machine supplied and related to the present manual is composed of the parts in the EC declaration of conformity.
