1.4. METODOLOGÍA DE ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL MANUAL
El constructor se reserva el derecho de modificar el proyecto e introducir mejoras a la máquina sin comunicarlo a los Clientes, y sin
actualizar el manual ya suministrado al usuario.
El constructor se considera responsable para las descripciones indicadas en idioma italiano, eventuales traducciones no pueden ser
verificadas completamente, por lo cual, si se detecta una incoherencia, hay que prestar atención al idioma italiano.

1.5. DESTINATARIOS

The present manual is addressed to the installer, the operator and the qualified personnel authorized to the maintenance of the
machine.
We state that by "operator", we mean the personnel responsible for the operation, adjustment, cleaning and ordinary maintenance
of the machine.
By "maintenance technician", we mean the personnel that has attended courses of specialization, formation, etc., who has experien-
ce regarding the installation, starting, maintenance, repair and transport of the machine.
By "exposed person", we mean any person situated internally or partially inside a dangerous zone.
This electric equipment is not destined to be used by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensorial, mental capacities
or with lower experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on the use of the equipment by the person who
is responsible for its safety. The children must be supervised to be sure that they do not use the equipment in an incorrect manner.
The machine is destined to an industrial, professional and not generalised use, therefore its use can be entrusted to qualified figures,
in particular that:
• have reached the age of majority;
• are physically and psychically suitable to carry out works of particular technical difficulty;
• have been duly instructed on the use and maintenance of the machine;
• have been judged suitable by the employer to carry out such a task;
• are able to understand and interpret the manual of the operator and the safety requirements;
• are aware of the emergency procedures and their implementation;
• own the capacity to actuate the specific type of equipment;
• are familiar with the specific rules of the case;
• have understood the operative procedures defined by the machine manufacturer.

1.6. GLOSSARY AND SYMBOLS

In the following paragraph there is a list of the terms which are not common or anyway with an uncommon meaning.
Here below, in the paragraph, you will find the explications of the abbreviations and the meaning of the symbols used; their use
allows supplying fast and in a univocal manner the information necessary to the correct use of the machine under safety condition.

ELECTRIC OVEN
Zone inside or next to the machine where the presence of an exposed person constitutes a risk for
the safety and health of the person (Enclosure I, 1.1.1. Directive 98/37/EC).
Any person situated internally or partially in a dangerous zone (Enclosure I, 1.1.1. Directive
98/37/EC).
Person responsible to install, operate, adjust, carry out maintenance, clean, repair and transport
the machine.
Any situation in which an operator is interacting with the machine in any operative phase and in
any moment of the life of the machine itself.
Min. level of the competences that the operator must own to carry out the described operation.
We mean the operating procedure (running, stop, etc.) and the condition of the safety devices
present on the machine.
Danger that has not been possible to be eliminated or reduced sufficiently during the phase of
project, against which the protections are not (or are not totally) effective; on the manual you will
find information of its existence and the instructions or the warnings suitable to allow the overco-
ming (see, respectively, 5.5 and 5.5.1 of the European rules EN 292/1 and EN 292/2).
Component used to guarantee the safety of the machine operation; if it is defective or broken, the
total machine safety is affected by risks of injuries to the person.
