Functional Display
● When the Altimeter mode is selected, the icon "ALTI"
indicator and the current Altitude reading will be shown
on the screen.
● Press [S/S] in sequence 1. to change the display to the
Altitude graph which shows the altitude history for the
past 35 hours; 2. To move to the SCAN mode which
shows the current altitude and altitude history graph
displays alternatively every 5 seconds; 3. to go back to
the current Altitude display.
● Hold [S/S] to change the unit between meter (m) and
feet (ft).
● Press [R] to show the Maximum height, minimum height
or current height in sequence.
● During Max/Min display, hold [R] for 2 second can reset
them.
Note: Pressing [R] will also show the maximum, minimum
or current Humidity and Temperature at the same time.
Why the Altitude Needs to be Adjusted
● As the absolute altitude is calculated according to air
pressure, the change of air pressure will affect the
altitude reading.
● To get a more accurate reading, the Station needs to be
calibrated from time to time as pressure may change
gradually within hours.
Before Adjusting the Altitude
● Adjust the altimeter at a point where the altitude is static,
such as sea level (0m) or beside an altitude sign pole
(e.g., 89 m), because the height will be input to the
Station during the adjustment.
IMPORTANT: Inputting an incorrect altitude value during
the adjustment may result in an inaccurate altitude reading
in the future.
Adjusting the Altimeter by Using Absolute Altitude
Adjustment
● To select the Adjustment Display, hold [M] in the Altimeter
Mode.
● When the altitude reading is flashing, press [S/S] or [R]
to change the value to the desired one. (Hold the button
to change the value at a higher speed).
● Press [M] to restore to the default value.
● If the setting is completed, press [A/B] to confirm setting
and exit the adjustment display.
● If no key is pressed for 1 min, it will return to normal
operation automatically.
