lights and for this reason it must not be used at night-
time.

1) Engine. For its specifications please make refer-
ence to the enclosed handbook;
2) Transmission: four forward speeds and three re-
verse in the cutter unit model (Fig. 1) and three
forward speeds and three reverse in the mower
unit model (Fig. 1/A);
3) Driving wheels;
4) Rotary hoe unit;

7) Locking lever and handlebars side adjustment;

11) «Motorstop» device;
The «Motorstop» device immediately stops the
engine in emergency situations when the opera-
tor does not firmly hold the handlebars.
It also does not let the engine start if it is not kept
pressed by the clutch lever, (locked on the han-
dle-grip). The «Motorstop» device is also used
to stop the engine.
12) Clutch lever. It permits to engage and disengage
speeds, PTO, reversing gear, and to lock-unlock
the differential (if present).
13) Reversing gear control lever (it permits the re-
versal of the machine movement and of the PTO).
14) Differential locking lever (only for machines
equipped with differential);
15) Clutch lever locking device. It locks the clutch
lever in the «open clutch» position (machine
«stopped»);
16) P.T.O. engaging lever;
17) Speeds selection lever;

ways have a clearance of 3-4 mm);
