Crest Factor
The crest factor may be determined by using this formula:
The crest factor may be up to 3.0 at full scale except for the 1000 V and 600 mV
ranges, where these ranges are 1.5 at full scale. For non-sinusoidal waveforms,
add (0.5% reading + 0.3% full scale) typically.
