Quick filling with overflow
– Press the key (G) four times, the lights (M-P)
come on. The cooking well automatically fills to
the overflow level.
Quick filling with top-up and overflow
– Press the key (G) five times, the lights (M-N-P)
come on. The cooking well automatically fills to
the maximum level and there is a slow, continu-
ous flow of water that keeps the water level con-
stant (the appliance performs the rapid filling with
overflow cycle at regular intervals).
Manual with overflow
– Press the key (G) six times, the light (P) comes
on. Continuous water input inside the cooking
tank is had. To interrupt filling, press the button
for a seventh time.
Emptying
1 - Press the key (B) to stop the cooking cycle
and deactivate the appliance.
The light (R) comes on.
2 - Press the key (G) for automatic emptying
of the cooking well.
The light (Q) comes on.

Starting
1 - Turn on the appliance's circuit breaker to con-

nect it to the electrical mains.
2 - Turn on the water supply tap.

3 - Press the key (B) to switch on the appliance.
The light (R) goes out.

4 - Fill the cooking well with water (see page 11).
5 - Set the cooking temperature (see page 10).

7 - Press key (D) to start the cooking cycle.
Important
A buzzer sounds 10 seconds before the end
of the cooking time. At the end of the set
time, the basket rises into the draining po-
sition.

Caution - warning
After the well has emptied the drain valve re-
mains open. If you do not wish to proceed
with a new cooking cycle press the key (G) to
close the valve.
Important
The water drained from the appliance must
pass through a suitable drain line, resistant
to a temperature of at least 100°C.
The steam produced when the well is drained
must not come into contact with the appli-
ance (see also connection diagram at back of
manual).

Stopping
8 - Press key (B) to stop the cooking cycle.
The light (R) comes on.
9 - Empty the cooking well (see page 11).
