STARTING AND STOPPING THE COOKING TIMERCYCLE (CORE)
Starting
1 - Turn on the appliance's circuit breaker to con-
nect it to the electrical mains.
2 - Turn on the water supply tap.
3 - Press the key (B) to switch on the appliance.
The light (R) goes out.
4 - Fill the cooking well with water (see page 11).
5 - Set the core temperature (see page 11).
6 - Press key (F) to start the cooking cycle.
Important
A buzzer sounds 10 seconds before the end
of the cooking time. At the end of the set ti-
me, the basket rises into the draining posi-
tion.
RESETTING THE APPLIANCE
If the safety thermostat is tripped, the appliance has
to be restored to the initial working conditions as fol-
lows.
1 - Allow the water to cool by 30-40 °C
2 - Open the hatch (A).

Stopping
7 - Press key (B) to stop the cooking cycle.
The light (R) comes on.
8 - Empty the cooking well (see page 11).
3 - Press the button (B) of the safety thermostat to
restore the gas supply.
4 - Close the door (A) when the operation is com-
plete.
