(3) Changing the setting position of cloth

Settng poston of cloth can be changed to the front sde.
1) Set memory swtch No. 11 to "1".
Traveling amount to the front side is set by memory switch No. 29. (22 mm in the standard state
of delivery) Setting "0" to 64 mm (S/R types) or "0" to 54 mm (J/C/T types) can be performed.
However, if the amount is excessively large, looper thread may not be clamped.

(4) Changing over the mode of the start switch

The presser comes down by the operaton of the start swtch only, and the sewng s contnually performed.
1) Set memory swtch No. 14 to "1".
It is also possible to perform the normal use by lowering the presser with the presser switch and
performing sewing with the start switch. However, the presser LED of the hand switch is always
put in the state of flashing on and off.

(5) Changing over the presser movement

It s possble that the presser returns to the set poston whle t s held lowered after completon of sewng.
(The presser returns to the set poston whle t s rased after completon of sewng n the standard state of
delvery.)
1) Set memory swtch No. 23 to "1".
2) The presser s held lowered when the sewng machne s stopped durng sewng wth the temporary stop
swtch or when the feed base returns to the set poston wth [RESET

(6) Changing over the counter (DOWN counting)

Set the count value and perform DOWN countng. It s possble to prohbt the start at the count value "0".
■ Change-over to DOWN counter
1) Set memory swtch No. 12 to 2.
2) When the count value becomes "0", the display flashes on and off and the start switch is inoperative.
3) Press [RESET ] key and the count value returns to the ntal value.
(State of standard delvery : ntal value = 100)
In order to perform the start even when the count value becomes "0", set memory swtch No. 13 to "0".
■ Setting the initial value of DOWN counter
It s necessary to set the ntal value startng "Count DOWN" when usng DOWN counter.
1) Press [COUNTER ] key to dsplay the counter.
2) Press [RESET ] key to return the count value to the ntal value.
The ntal value has been set to 100 n the state of standard delvery.
3) Set the count value wth [RIGHT

(7) Stop before cloth cut mode

The sewng can be temporarly stopped before performng the cloth cuttng operaton at the tme of the
pattern sewng of cut-after knfe data.
1) Set memory swtch No. 24 to "1".
The sewng machne once stops after sewng and cloth cuttng operaton s performed by agan pressng
the start swtch.
It s also possble to return the serng machne to the cloth set poston wthout performng cloth cuttng
operaton by pressng [RESET
