Measure Request.
QuickRead returns the formatted measuring string xxxxxxxx (see chapter 9 "Formatting of
numerical string", page 202).
In case the measure can not be transmitted, QuickRead returns the string ERR0
Example : Request of the measure on QuickRead with selected metric system, low
resolution and measure = +000.225
