Technical characteristics
Quick Read Microcolumn is an electronic display unit with a digital and analog display for
visualization of a measurement carried out with one or two HBT (half-bridge) sensors.
1. RS232 port for:

data transmission to a PC, data collector, statistical printer or PLC

connection to a customer's push-button for remote zeroing

connection to the Quick Read external pushbutton box or footswitch for remote
control of zeroing and data acquisition (see paragraph 3.11 Accessories)
2./3. Power supply connectors for both power supply cable and jumper cable (see paragraph
3.1 on page 41).
4. Connector for measuring sensor. It features a Lumberg KV60 - DIN45322 for the direct
connection of a single sensor, or of the Y-cable with two channels allowing the
connection of two sensors [see paragraph 3.5 on page 49.
5. Programming keyboard; four function pushbuttons for programming, transducer signal
visualization, zeroing and commanding dynamic measuring cycle.
6. Joint enabling 100° display rotation for ergonomical read out of the measurement.
7. Fixing arm to support base.
