Diagnostic
4.1 Error messages
The errors Quick Read can experience are shown on the digital display as follows:
where "xx" stands for the error number; some errors can be corrected by the user while for the
other ones the MARPOSS assistance must be required.
Analog display scale range not correct. It appears only when "SCALE =
Error 3
auto", if the interval "UpperTOL - LowerTOL" is <10 µm and the programmed
digital display resolution is low (M.RESOL = low)
Error 4 Lower tolerance value not correct
Error 5 Upper tolerance value not correct
ENTER It allows to return the programming mode to modify the wrong value
ESC It aborts the programming; no modified variable is updated
No Probe No measuring gauge connected, measurement hardware configuration error;
the system has found out a measurement circuit hardware malfunction
Switch the Quick Read off, connect the gauge and then switch it on again. If No Probe is
nevertheless displayed on, call MARPOSS Service (hardware error).
Error 80 Hardware error to access EEPROM
Error 90 Hardware error: wrong status of the hardware system
Error 98/99 Configuration data consistency error when switching the system on
