Installation

When feeding Quick Read Microcolumn, first connect it to measuring sensor(s)
and then to the mains.
At switch on, different messages are displayed on the Quick Read depending on the following
conditions:
Quick Read has been previously programmed for the connection of one or two sensors
Y-cable and sensors are currently connected to the unit
Quick Read is usually supplied programmed for the connection of one sensor.
The following table shows the different messages.
Quick Read programmed for
connection of 1 sensor
(variable PROBE = Probe1)
Quick Read programmed for
connection of 2 sensors
(variable PROBE = Probe1&2)
(*) NoProbe1 is displayed because the channel 1 is the default channel when only one sensor
is connected.
Should no sensor have been connected to the Quick Read before feeding it,
switch it off, connect the sensor(s) and then switch it on again.
3.1 Power-supply

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The power supply cable serves as a power isolation device for the power
supply unit.
The socket shall be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible to
allow the power supply cable to be easily disconnected in case of
emergency.
The power supply cable and the related plug must not be damaged.
Install the power supply unit only in environment with humidity < 80% and
non-condensing.
Do not store the power supply in exposed areas.
