1. Key features and benefits:
The Micro Urban Millennial was born from a growing demand for
easy, fast and compact cooking solutions. This smart product
combines different technologies and materials that create optimal
cooking and steaming results in the microwave:
• Stack Steaming (for cooking guidelines see section
"3.1 Steaming"): You can steam various types of foods such
as vegetables, fruits, fish, and poultry. You can also reheat
leftovers or steam frozen foods. When steaming, the Micro Urban
Millennial prevents microwaves from cooking the food directly.
Instead, the microwaves only heat the water in the Base (Fig. A1),
producing steam that perfectly cooks your foods. The Micro
Urban Millennial allows for Stack Steaming using the Large
Shielded Colander (Fig. A2) and the Low Colander (Fig. A3);
perfect for steaming 2 different foods at the same time!
• Cook Short pasta (for cooking guidelines see section
"3.2 Cooking Pasta"): The Micro Urban Millennial allows you to
easily and quickly cook various types of short pasta.
• Cook Rice and other grains (for cooking guidelines see section
"3.3 Cooking Rice and Other Grains"): Cook your rice and other
grains to perfection. The unique combination of a Rice Separator
Insert (Fig. A5) and a Rice Cover (Fig. A6) ensures that any natural
foam overflow is collected inside the top cover's 8-shaped recess
and drained back into the Base through the Rice Separator Insert.
