Cause
The tube set is not valid.
Gas heater malfunction.
The venting system has been
deactivated
The device cannot provide the
predetermined pressure.
Smoke evacuation tube is
blocked.
Tube, Veress cannula or trocar is
blocked.
Troubleshooting
Insert a valid tube set.
Insufflation can be continued in this case but the
heating function is not available.
Restart the device if you want to use the heating
function.
If the gas heating is still defective, have an authorized
service technician check or repair the device.
The user can activate the venting valve in the user
menu.
Check for leaks at the connection points and at the
connection seals, or where a suction instrument has
been used excessively.
Make sure that the valve on the trocar is open and
that there are no kinks in the smoke evacuation tube.
Make sure that the Veress cannula or the trocar is
positioned correctly and that there are no kinks in the
insufflation tube.
