3.2.
Preparation to work
1) Unpacking and setting up: Open the package, gently remove the machine and place
it in the designated place. Check that all items listed on the packing list are present
and undamaged.
2) Ambient Conditions: Ensure that the ambient temperature is between 10 and 38°C
and the relative humidity does not exceed 90%. The place where the machine is
placed should be stable, horizontal and provide adequate ventilation. Make sure all
ventilation openings are at least 50 cm from walls or other obstructions to ensure
effective heat dissipation.
3) Power supply connection: The power supply voltage must correspond to the values
specified on the machine's nameplate.
4) Installation of the dispensing door assembly
a) Installing the O-rings : Install the O-rings on the piston and center piston as
shown in the instructions. Then apply an appropriate amount of lubricant,
such as Vaseline, to each ring.
b) Installing the Dispensing Door Assembly : Place the dispensing door assembly
into the door opening, starting at the top and sliding down to the position
shown in the illustration.
c) Star Plug Installation : Attach the star plug to the outlet port on the dispenser
door.
d) Installing the handle : Install the handle on the dispenser door.
e) Installing the O-rings and Dispense Door : Place the dispense door O-rings
and then attach the entire dispense door assembly to the front panel of the
machine. Use the top and bottom screws to secure the assembly. Remember
to maintain a diagonal mounting angle when tightening the screws.
