Disassembly and cleaning of components
a. Removing the screws : Remove the four mounting screws on the front of the dispenser
door and remove it.
b. b. Component Removal : Remove the handle pin, handle, plunger, plunger O-ring and
dispenser door O-ring.
c. Cleaning the tamper : Remove the tamper from the cooling tank and then remove the
tamper seal.
d. Inspection and replacement of worn parts : Place the disassembled parts in a
disinfectant solution. Check the tamper, tamper seal, O-rings and thrust sleeve. Replace
worn parts.
e. Lubrication and assembly : After cleaning, lubricate the parts with Vaseline. Install the
parts according to the disassembly procedure.
Final remarks
Lubrication : Before installing the piston and tamper, apply Vaseline to the seal

grooves to prevent accelerated wear. Regular lubrication can significantly extend the
life of components.
Cleaning the machine housing
Regular cleaning : To keep the machine's exterior clean, wipe it regularly with a wet towel.
