Removing Ice Cream : Place a cone or other container under the dispensing door and
press the handle to dispense the ice cream.
Additional notes:
Liquid Level : Make sure the liquid level is higher than the outlet port to avoid the
cylinder freezing due to insufficient mixture flow.
Storage : If the machine is to be left on overnight, press the STANDBY button to
activate the keep fresh mode and prevent overcooling.
Finishing work : After completing the ice cream production, release the remaining
mixture, clean and disinfect the machine according to the previously described
method.

Cleaning and maintenance
Daily washing of refrigeration cylinders
1) Residue Removal : Press the WASH button to remove any remaining suspension from
the beverage containers and refrigeration cylinder. Then press WASH again, which
will stop the machine.
2) Preparation of disinfectant solution : Use the appropriate amount of food-grade
detergents, prepare the disinfectant solution with warm water, and then pour it into
each bucket.
3) Washing and rinsing : Press WASH and let the device work with the solution for
about 5 minutes. Then pour out the disinfectant solution and rinse the system with
water 2 to 3 times before stopping the machine.
4) Disassembly and cleaning of parts : Turn off the power, unscrew and disassemble
the components, including the dispenser door, handle, plunger and O-rings, and
wash them.
