Ice cream production
1) Machine preparation:
Cleaning and Disinfection : Make sure the machine is clean and disinfected before
•
starting operation. Prepare a disinfecting solution from warm water (50°C to 60°C)
and detergent, pour it into the hoppers and clean their walls. Turn on the power,
press the WASH button and let the machine run for 5 minutes. Empty the tanks,
unscrew and clean the dispensing doors, and repeat rinsing the tanks with clean
water several times.
2) Preparation of the mixture:
Mixer : Prepare an ice cream mixer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use
•
a mixer for powdered or liquid ice cream, making sure it does not contain any
contaminants or solid particles. Pre-cool the mixer to approximately 6°C for better
results, if conditions permit. The machine's supply temperature should be between 2
and 35°C.
3 ) Ice cream production:
Adding Mix : Pour half of the prepared mix into the hoppers, temporarily removing
•
the feed tubes to allow for better material delivery. Press the WASH button and mix
until no air bubbles disappear.
Hardness setting : Set the ice cream hardness level to 03 at the beginning of the
•
process, adjusting it according to your preferred consistency.
Further mixture addition : Pour the remaining mixture into the hoppers, install the
•
supply tubes, close the tank lids and press the AUTO button to start cooling. This
process can be followed on the digital display - when the value reaches above 99 of
the set hardness, it means that the ice cream is ready.
