Once cleaning is complete, make sure all tanks are completely empty of water.

Leaving water in the tanks may damage the tamper while the compressor is
operating.
c) Use the WASH button carefully:
When starting the cleaning function, pay attention to the indicator light and make

sure you press the appropriate button. This will prevent another machine function
from accidentally starting.
3.3. Function description
Description of the control panel
a) Cooling (left side):
Activation : In standby mode, press the left "AUTO" button to activate cooling. The
•
"HARD" indicator will appear on the screen, showing the degree of formation.
Process End : When the indicator reaches 99, the ice cream forming process will end
•
and the machine will stop cooling. Cooling will automatically resume after 5 minutes.
Deactivation : To deactivate cooling, press the left "AUTO" button again.

b) Cooling (right side):
Activation : Press the right "AUTO" button in standby mode to start cooling on the
•
right side. The "SET" indicator will appear on the screen, informing you about the
shaping progress.
Process End : Similar to left cooling, when the indicator reaches 99, cooling will stop,
•
and after 5 minutes it will automatically resume.
Deactivation : To deactivate cooling, press the right "AUTO" button again.

c) Washing (left side):
Activation : Press the left "AUTO" button in standby mode to start washing on the
•
left side of the machine. The left rammer engine will start.
End of process : Washing will end automatically when the programmed cleaning time
•
is reached, or it can be stopped earlier by pressing the left "AUTO" button again.
