Caratteristiche avvolgimenti
I motori monofase (serie S) presentano due avvolgimenti distinti: un
avvolgimento di marcia distribuito su 2/3 delle cave di statore e un
avvolgimento ausiliario distribuito su 1/3 delle cave. Questo tipo di
distribuzione consente un'ottimizzazione delle prestazioni del motore
in termini di coppia e una forte riduzione del contenuto armonico re-
sponsabile di vibrazioni, fenomeni di impuntamento e riduzione della
coppia di avviamento. La tipologia dell'avvolgimento permette di inver-
tire il senso di rotazione modificando due collegamenti in morsettiera,
oppure esternamente, agendo tramite due teleruttori.

Winding specifications
The single-phase motors (series S) have two distinct windings: one
running winding distributed on 2/3 of the stator slots and an auxiliary
winding distributed on 1/3 of the slots. This type of distribution makes
it possible to optimise the motor performance in terms of torque and a
considerable decrease in the harmonic content responsible for vibration,
phenomena of peaking and reduction of the starting torque. The type
of winding makes it possible to reverse the direction of rotation by
modifying two connections on the terminal board, or externally with
two remote control switches.

Eigenschaften der Wicklungen
Die Einphasenmotoren besitzen zwei getrennte Wicklungen: Eine
Hauptwicklung ist auf 2/3 der Ständernuten und eine Hilfswicklung
auf 1/3 der Nuten verteilt. Diese Verteilungsart gestattet in Hinsicht auf
das Drehmoment eine optimale Motorleistung, sowie eine starke
Reduzierung der Oberschwingungen, die für Reduzierungen des
Anlaufdrehmomentes verantwortlich sind. Die Wicklungsart ermöglicht
es, durch Änderung zweier Klemmenbrettanschlüsse, oder extern
durch das Betätigen von zwei Fernschaltern, die Drehrichtung
umzukehren.

Les moteurs monophasés (série S) présentent deux enroulements
différents: un enroulement de marche distribué sur 2/3 des encoches
du stator et un enroulement auxiliaire distribué sur 1/3 des encoches.
Ce type de distribution permet une optimisation des performances du
moteur en termes de couple et de forte réduction du contenu
harmonique responsable de vibrations, phénomènes de décrochage
et réduction du couple de démarrage. La typologie de l'enroulement
pemet d'inverser le sens de rotation en modifiant les deux connexions
dans le bornier ou en agissant, à l'extérieur, par l'intermédiaire de deux
télérupteurs.

Los motores monofásicos (serie S) presentan dos bobinados distintos:
un bobinado de marcha distribuido en 2/3 de las ranuras de estator y
un bobinado auxiliar distribuido en 1/3 de las ranuras. Este tipo de
distribución permite una mejora de las prestaciónes del motor en
términos de par y una fuerte reducción del contenido armónico
responsable de vibraciones, fenómenos de tropiezo y reducción del
par de arranque. La tipología del bobinado permite invertir la dirección
de rotación modificando dos conexiones en tablero de bornes, o bien
externamente, utilizando dos teleruptores.

In alternativa, su richiesta, è possibile fornire motori monofase ad
avvolgimento equilibrato (serie S -E), costituiti da due avvolgimenti, di
marcia e ausiliario, perfettamente identici. Tale avvolgimento è impie-
gato solo per motori di piccola potenza (grandezze 63-71-80) ed ha
come grosso vantaggio quello di poter invertire il senso di rotazione
dall'esterno senza l'impiego di due teleruttori, semplicemente tramite
un commutatore (interruttore con posizioni 0-1-2).
L'uso di motori trifase fatti funzionare monofase è possibile, tuttavia
si ha una riduzione drastica delle prestazioni del motore;
declassamento della potenza e forte riduzione della coppia di avvia-
mento ne sconsigliano l'utilizzo.
Alternatively, on request, it is possible to supply single-phase motors
with a balanced winding (series S -E), composed of two identical
windings, one running and one auxiliary. This winding is only used for
low-powered motors (size 63-71-80) and it has the great advantage
of being able to swap over the direction of rotation from the outside
without using the two remote control switches, by simply using a
switch (with positions 0-1-2).
It is possible to use three-phase motors made to run in single phase,
however there is a drastic reduction in the performance of the motor,
de-rating of the power and considerable reduction in the starting
torque which advise against this.
Auf Anfrage können alternativ dazu Einphasenmotoren mit Wicklung
geliefert werden (Serie S -E), die aus zwei identischen Wicklungen,
d.h. einer Betriebs- und einer Hilfswicklung, bestehen. Diese Wicklung
wird lediglich für Motoren mit kleiner Leistung verwendet (Größe
63-71-80) und besitzt den großen Vorteil, daß die Drehrichtung lediglich
mit einem Umschalter (Schalter mit Positionen 0-1-2) von außen
umgedreht werden kann.
Es ist möglich, Drehstrommotoren als Einphasenmotoren zu benutzen;
dabei ergibt sich allerdings eine drastische Reduzierung der
Motorleistungen. Durch die Leistungsherabsetzung und die starke
Anlaufdrehmomentreduzierung ist von diesem Gebrauch abzuraten.
En alternative, on peut, sur demande, livrer des moteurs monophasés
à enroulement équilibré (série S -E), munis de deux enroulements, soit
de marche et auxiliaire, parfaitement identiques. Cet enroulement est
utilisé uniquement pour les moteurs de petite puissance (tailles
63-71-80) et présente l'avantage de pouvoir inverser le sens de
rotation de l'extérieur, simplement à l'aide d'un commutateur (interrupteur
avec positions 0-1-2), sans donc utiliser deux télérupteurs.
L'emploi de moteurs triphasés fonctionnant d'une façon monophasée
est possible; on a cependant une réduction draconienne des
performances du moteur: le déclassement de la puissance et la forte
réduction du couple de démarrage déconseillent leur emploi.
Como alternativa, si así se solicita, se podrán suministrar motores
monofásicos de bobinado equilibrado (serie S -E), constituidos por
dos bobinados, de marcha y auxiliar, completamente idénticos.
Dicho bobinado sólo se emplea para motores de poca potencia
(Tamaños 63-71-80) y su mayor ventaja es poder invertir la dirección
de rotación desde el exterior sin tener que utilizar dos telerruptores,
simplemente mediante un conmutador (interruptor con posiciones
0-1-2).
Se podrán utilizar motores trifásicos como monofásicos, aunque hay
que tener en cuenta que se producirá una reducción drástica de las
prestaciónes del motor; reducción de la clase de potencia y fuerte
reducción del par de arranque, se desaconseja su utilización.
