Freno tipo MS
Principio di funzionamento
Il freno MS è un freno di tipo elettromagnetico in corrente alternata che
agisce in assenza di alimentazione mediante la pressione esercitata
da molle.
Alimentazione
Il freno viene alimentato in corrente alternata trifase a 230/400V/±10%
50Hz; sono possibili tensioni speciali a richiesta.
L'alimentazione per motori trifase serie TB è derivata direttamente da
quella del motore; a richiesta può essere predisposta una morsettiera
separata per il freno e alimentazione indipendente (da specificare in
fase di ordinazione); l'alimentazione è sempre indipendente per motori
a doppia polarità serie DB. L'alimentazione separata per motori
gr.63, 71 e 80 richiede l'uso di un coprimorsettiera di dimensioni mag-
giori rispetto allo standard (vedasi tabelle dimensionali).
Caratteristiche:
- Tensione di alimentazione 230/400V±10% 50Hz;
- Servizio S1, isolamento classe F;
- Guarnizione d'attrito silenziosa, senza amianto, con doppia superfi
cie frenante;
- Disco freno in acciaio scorrevole su mozzo trascinatore scanalato;
- Mozzo trascinatore in acciaio con sistema antivibrazione;
- Momento frenante fisso regolato in funzione della coppia erogata
dal motore (vedasi M
nelle tabelle "Prestazioni").

Brake type MS
Operation
MS brake is an a. c. electromagnetic brake and acts with no power
supply through the pressure of the springs.
Power supply
The brake is powered with alternating current at 230/400V/10% 50Hz;
special voltages are possible on request.
In case of motors TB series the power supply can be derived directly
from that one of the motor; on request it is possible to set a separate
terminal board for the brake and independent power supply (to be
specified on the purchase order); the power supply is always
independent for double polarity motors DB series. Separate power
supply for motors sizes 63, 71 and 80 requires a terminal box larger
than the standard (see overall dimensions).

Bremse Typ MS
Betrieb
Die AC Elektromagnetische MS Bremse arbeitet nur mit Hilfe der
Einspeisung / Spannung.
Speisung
Die Bremse wird mit Drehstrom 230/400V/10% 50Hz gespeist; auf
Anfrage sind Sonderspannungen möglich.
Bei den Motoren TB kann die Speisung direkt vom Motor
abgenommen werden, bzw. kann für die Bremse ein separates
Klemmbrett mit unabhängiger Speisung eingerichtet werden. (Bei
Bestellung bitte angeben!)Bei Motoren der Serie DB ist die Speisung
immer unabhängig. Bei Motoren der Baugröße 63,71,80 erfordert die
getrennte Speisung den Einsatz eines Klemmkastens mit größeren
Abmessungen als der Standard (siehe die tabelle).

- Bremsbeläge mit geräuscharmer Ausstattung, ohne Asbest, mit
beidseitigem Belag;
- Stahl-Bremsscheibe auf Mitnehmerscheibe;
- Mitnehmernabe aus Stahl mit Vibrationsschutzsystem;
- Einstellbares Bremsmoment ( siehe unter MB Tabelle Kennwerte).

asportabile; utile per effettuare movimenti manuali in caso di assenza
di tensione o durante l'installazione; la posizione della leva è in asse
con la scatola morsettiera; a richiesta possono essere valutate posi-
zioni differenti;

kit di protezione (cuffia + O-ring), utile sia per impedire l'ingresso di
sporcizia dall'esterno verso il freno sia per evitare che la polvere di
usura della guarnizione d'attrito venga dispersa nell'ambiente;

bero lato opposto comando per rotazione manuale tramite chiave
esagonale diritta;

zione in condizioni particolari (es. installazioni all'aperto);

momento frenante regolabile dal 35 al 100% di M

On request:

manual release lever with automatic return, hand lever can be
removed; it is useful for manual operations in case of voltage drop or
during installation; the lever is parallel to the terminal box cover; on
request we can evaluate the possibility to supply the lever a different
position;

protection kit (protection + O-ring), useful to impede that the external
filth can enter inside the brake and also to avoid that the dust produced
by the wear of friction pad is scattered in the environment;
-
pre-disposition with hexagonal hole set into the end-shaft opposite
to driven side for manual rotation through right hexagonal key;
-
inox steel ring between motor shield and brake disk, in addition to
anti-corrosion protection/treatments of the brake used for applications
in particular conditions (ex. Outdoor installations);

braking torque adjustable from 35 to 100% of M
through adjusting screws set on the brake body;

micro-switch to verify brake release and block.
They are not recommended for applications with scarse
ventilation - for example low speed or applications
without ventilation TENV.
